Solution
We built Utilimate, a work management app that gives planners a structured way to assign tasks and enables operatives to capture evidence and complete workflows on-site.
Designed with simplicity and offline use in mind, it streamlines planning, execution, and approval from the field to the office.
Results
Utilimate gave Alconex live job visibility, faster invoicing, and improved cash flow, while significantly reducing paperwork and admin time. Alconex now have a single source of truth for the status of their work.
Staff continue to praise the app for its speed, simplicity and reliability, and it went on to win the UK Digital Excellence Award 2025 for Stand Out App.
