ChatPro
Secure instant messaging for organisations working with children and vulnerable adults
ChatPro is a messaging app for organisations that work with children and vulnerable adults. It allows staff to communicate with each other and with service users, while keeping personal contact details private. Messages and call recordings are retained by the organisation to provide accountability.
When we first met Harry, the ChatPro Founder, he had a vision to develop the application and some screen mockups, but required a functional specification to outline the features needed within the app. We worked with Harry to impartially document everything required for the MVP version, then took part in the competitive tender process to bid for the development work.
We were delighted to be chosen as ChatPro's development partner and started work to help the app transition from a concept to a scalable, revenue generating business.
After the initial MVP was launched, we worked with Harry to prioritise the next features to be developed. We then worked in an agile way to deliver new features and improvements to the app. This allowed the ChatPro team to respond to user feedback and to test new ideas quickly.
The application was originally available for iOS and Android devices, but we have since developed a web version of the app to allow users to access ChatPro from their desktop computers.
ChatPro is now used by a wide range of organisations and we continue to work with Harry and his team to develop new features and improve the user experience.
