CenseoSmart

CenseoSmart is a cloud based platform that allows users to design planning or assessment strategies. Users can then share their strategies within their organisation, where each user can contribute to the strategy and provide real time status updates.

The founder of CenseoSmart is an experienced IT Professional who has worked in the industry for many years. He approached us with an idea for the cloud based platform. He had a clear vision for the platform and a specification. We worked in partnership to create the branding and user interface designs, then set about building the platform.

CenseoSmart allows the user to create a strategy by adding a series of steps. Each step can be assigned a status, which can be updated by the user or by other users within the organisation. The user can also add notes and attachments to responses to augment the quantitative data.

One of the key features is the ability to view interactive visualisations showing the status of each stragegy. At a glance, this allows the user to see which strategies are on track and which are behind schedule. They can then drill down into certain areas of each strategy and identify which steps are causing issues so they can take action to resolve them.

The platform monetised through a subscription model. Users can sign up for a free trial, then pay a per-user monthly subscription fee for their organisation to access the platform. We achieved this through integration with a 3rd party payment provider, which handles the subscription payments and provides a dashboard for the user to manage their subscription. CenseoSmart also have access to a financial reporting dashboard to analyse trends and view statistics on current / historic subscription levels.
